London: Clean Infrastructure and Urban Systems
London faces increasing pressure across energy, digital infrastructure, transport, housing and the built environment. At the same time, many proven or near-market solutions struggle to move beyond pilots into large-scale deployment.
WeFoundry is exploring how deployment-oriented partnerships and programme structures can help bridge that gap.
Our current work in this area focuses on how infrastructure owners, innovators, universities, public institutions and investors can collaborate more effectively around shared urban challenges, particularly where commercialisation, procurement and deployment pathways remain fragmented.
Areas of interest include:
clean energy and energy resilience
AI and digital infrastructure
urban systems integration
retrofit and low-carbon buildings
infrastructure-enabled innovation districts
investment and deployment models for scalable infrastructure solutions
We are currently supporting the development of concepts and consortium structures connected to UK and European funding opportunities, including initiatives related to infrastructure deployment, clean growth and innovation commercialisation.
Rather than focusing solely on early-stage innovation, our interest is in the systems, partnerships and pathways required to move validated ideas into operational environments.
